 Sage Creek Studio was founded by Rachael -  a coach, advisor, and former corporate and HR leader who has spent her career helping people and organizations navigate complexity, change and pivotal decisions.

The work became personal before it became a business.

After a season of significant personal loss and change - the kind that restructures everything at once - Rachael found herself facing the same truth she had helped others confront: she had been building a life that looked right but never fully felt right. That moment of honest reckoning didn't break her. It clarified her.

Sage Creek Studio was founded in 2026 on that experience. The belief at its core is simple: clarity changes everything. Not more strategy, not more effort - but genuine alignment between who you are and how you're living. When that alignment exists, decisions become easier, direction becomes obvious and progress becomes natural.

This isn't generic coaching. It's precise, personal, and rooted in the understanding that the most capable people aren't held back by what they lack - but by what they haven't yet seen clearly.
